Overview Role Summary: Supports end-to-end insurance product development by translating underwriting intent into compliant coverage forms and endorsements, monitoring regulatory changes, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver timely filings and system implementations. Provides market intelligence and competitive insights, resolves field inquiries, and helps address Department of Insurance (DOI) objections to ensure products remain accurate, competitive, and compliant. Overview: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. This is a multi-disciplinary role with responsibility for market intelligence, regulatory and/or underwriting operations and technical development and implementation. This position is hybrid out of any AmTrust office. 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home. Responsibilities: · Develop, revise and maintain Coverage Form and Endorsement language to ensure terms accurately reflect underwriting intent and are compliant with state regulations. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Underwriting, Claims, Legal and Technology teams for speed to market. · Stay apprised of regulatory and legal changes that may impact lines of business...
