Working with the HR Business Partner Director - Scotiabank Quebec, the Senior Manager, is responsible for providing necessary inputs and insights to help with the design and implementation of talent plans and initiatives. The Senior Manager partners closely with the Communities of Expertise (CoEs) in service of implementing core bank programs, ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. He/She partners with all leaders from All Bank in Quebec to deliver the different Talent strategies and initiatives. This role has high level accountability for the HRBP team’s success, working independently to meet goals and aligning objectives contributing to overall performance. Is this role right for you?
