The Production Supervisor is accountable for managing production activities to produce products that meet established safety, quality, customer service, , innovation and cost metrics consistent with schedules and policies. The Production Supervisor will effectively utilize the production schedule, manpower, equipment resources, and business system to plan, organize and schedule to meet established deadline and performance expectations. Job Responsibilities: - Champion the GK Way with an emphasis on team member Safety. Comply with, enforce, and provide congoing training on all safety rules. - Interview, hire train, reward and discipline employees. Plan, assign and direct work. Develop and deliver performance appraisals.
