Job Description COMPENSATION: SCHEDULE: HOURS: - An Electromechanical Maintenance Technician supports maintenance of all machinery in the facility. - Starting pay is $32.74/hour and after 6 months earn $38.49/hour - Double Time on Sunday's and Holidays - $0.90 shift differential when working nights - 10-hour rotation schedule - 8 days on (Thurs-Thurs) then 6 days off (Fri-Wed) - Off every other weekend - Base schedule set for entire calendar year, so you know in advance the days you have on/off - Week 1: 5am-3pm (Thurs-Thurs) - Week 2: OFF (Fri-Wed) - Week 3: 7am-5pm (Thurs-Thurs) - Week 4: OFF (Fri-Wed) - Week 5: 5pm-3am (Thurs-Thurs) - Week 6: OFF (Fri-Wed) - Week 7: 7pm-5am (Thurs-Thurs) - Week 8: OFF (Fri-Wed) WHAT YOU GET TO DO: - Responsible for following all plant and department specific safety rules, procedures, and programs. Wearing all required personal protective equipment for all plant, department, and task specific requirements. - Review all SDS’s for chemicals prior to initial use. - Responsible for reporting all injuries, near misses and property damage incidents to the Shift Supervisor prior to the end of the shift on the day of the incident. - Provides daily mainte...
