Description Reporting to the Associate Director of Residence Life in the Residential Colleges, Faculty Fellows will be responsible for providing students with exceptional residential academic experiences and enhancing OU’s residential community with an emphasis in student development, retention, and sense of belonging among residents of the Residential Colleges, Couch Center, Walker Center, Cross Village, and David L Boren Hall. The Department of Housing and Residence Life at The University of Oklahoma (OU) invites applications for Faculty Fellow positions beginning July 2024. **The successful candidate must be an active Faculty member at the University of Oklahoma** Of particular interest are candidates who are committed to making a difference in society through academic excellence. Responsibilities include: ***There will be a $1250 stipend a semester for the Fall and Spring Semesters*** - Plan, organize, and facilitate at least 1 major event per semester geared towards the academic and/or personal development mission of the Residential Life team. - These would generally take place in in the evening, M-Th, and would run approximately 1-1.5 hours.
