Why Join Us | DuPont Careers The Valley View site is seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineer in a discrete part manufacturing plant responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for discrete parts production. This role involves improving production efficiency, quality, and safety by collaboration with production teams, quality assurance and R&D to ensure that manufacturing processes meet industry standards and customer specifications. The Engineer will be part of the site’s Process Safety Management (PSM) team, contributing to site initiatives, supporting capital projects, and collaborating on continuous improvement efforts alongside the EHS, Engineering, and Technology teams.
