We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Chief Data & AI Officer, a senior leader advancing enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities to enable smarter decisions, operational excellence, and strong business outcomes. This role requires a calm, grounded partner who thrives in a fast-paced, highly focused executive environment and brings structure, foresight, and clarity to a complex and evolving agenda. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to help drive execution and represent the Global Technology & Operations organization with professionalism, humility, and drive. This is a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/ week in our Newark, NJ corporate headquarters).
