Job Description Summary: Under immediate direction, the College Student Hire will support efforts to modernize and streamline access to National Academy of Engineering (NAE) institutional knowledge, including meeting minutes, governance documents, and bylaws. This role will assist in organizing, digitizing, and preparing materials for integration into an AI-supported research and retrieval system. This position is intended for college students interested in science, engineering, medicine, or business operations who seek to gain practical experience and develop professional skills. Under direct supervision or clearly defined procedures, the incumbent performs a variety of clerical and research duties and accomplishes routine tasks.
