Practice Lead: Observability The Practice Lead for Observability is a hands-on leader dedicated to helping customers establish robust observability frameworks. While the primary focus is on database environments, the Lead provides broad architectural guidance across the entire technology stack. As a recognized thought leader, the Practice Lead stays at the forefront of the "Observability Industry," offering strategic advice and direct assistance with complex implementations. Our Philosophy: Open Source First: At Percona, we have a strong bias toward best-in-class open-source tools. However, we recognize that customers may already utilize proprietary solutions. In these cases, we help them achieve optimal outcomes at the lowest cost while advising on how open-source components can add value and further reduce expenses.
