POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Coordinator of OD & Training will coordinate training for back of house teams with an additional focus on all aspects of the Team Member Recognition and Engagement Journey. The coordinator will forge strategic relationships with key business partners to measure progress against processes in place and work with Training Managers to propose best training solutions moving forward.
