Find your purpose with CentraCare as a Provider Record Assistant! The Provider Record Assistant a nalyzes, inpatient and outpatient health records for accuracy, completeness and compliance. Ensures a comprehensive legal health record according to The Joint Commission, MN Department of Health, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Medical Staff Rules and Regulations and additional government regulations. Assigns deficiencies to appropriate providers to complete documentation and follows up with ancillary departments to locate missing documentation. Schedule: - Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks - Mon-Fri Days; 8:00a-4:30p - Onsite training in St. Cloud for a minimum of 3 months prior to work from home options Qualifications: CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
