Job Description Bulk & Packing Supervisor - Chattanooga, TN Reports To: Bulk & Packing Superintendent Location: Chattanooga, TN Position Type: Exempt Level Position Summary: The Bulk & Packing Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing operations performed by hourly production colleagues to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production within the bulk and packing department. This role works closely with the Bulk & Packing Superintendent to lead shift operations, maintain process controls, and uphold company standards for safety, environmental compliance, quality, and housekeeping.
