Overview of our role This is a newly created and exciting opportunity for a Manager – Release & Environments to shape and grow an enterprise‑wide capability from the ground up. In this influential role, you will nurture, guide and continuously enhance how release and environment management is delivered across the organisation. You will bring together people, processes and ways of working to thoughtfully lead the end‑to‑end release lifecycle — from planning and scheduling through to quality gates and execution — ensuring Digital releases across projects, BAU and platforms are delivered with care, confidence and minimal disruption to the business. With a strong sense of stewardship, you will provide holistic governance of non‑production and production‑adjacent environments, setting clear strategies, standards and operational practices that create stability, trust and shared accountability.
