Job description

Essential Functions: - Meet or exceed store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation. - Handles payments from guests, operates cash register, and properly settle checks according to procedures and SOPs established by management. - Accounts for assigned cash drawers, all money received, and all transactions recorded during shifts. - Records all tips collected from credit cards. - Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication. - Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize for customers, including recipe changes (e.g. temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients). - Maintains and rotates dated food stock and arriving food orders. - Ensures cleanliness of food preparation areas, by cleaning and wiping down workstation and utensils before and after each assignment. - Breaks down workstations, cleans & restocks. - Opens food service outlets in a timely fashion as instructed, including the preparation, and serving of bakery, grab...
