Introduction to the job Step into a three-year program designed for those early in their careers who are eager to grow into future leaders at ASML. Throughout the management traineeship, you’ll rotate across multiple departments, gaining broad exposure to both strategic and technical challenges. This cross-sectoral experience empowers you to take initiative, work on impactful projects, and develop the leadership skills necessary to thrive in a fast-evolving industry.
