Women's Health Service Line Leader (Full-Time)

Job description

Proposed Schedule: 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary based on the operating hours and needs of the Health Center. The Women’s Health Service Line Leader is responsible for leading and managing Women’s Health and Ultrasound Imaging services for multiple locations within the Network. This includes oversight of operations, daily workflows, staff and patient scheduling to ensure safe, high-quality care, optimized access, and patient satisfaction. The Women’s Health Service Line Leader will identify, assess, and mitigate operational and clinical risks that may impact patient safety, continuity of care, data integrity, or access to services. The Women’s Health Service Line Leader works with Medical and Operational leaders to meet budget and financial performance across all locations. The Leader also partners with compliance and human resources to ensure adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations and employment laws.
