Prime Communications is AT&T's largest privately held authorized retailer, with nearly 2,000 retail stores coast-to-coast. We are looking to hire a Financial Operations Analyst to support the growing needs of our Financial Operations department. The Department functions to execute activities in the areas of Payroll Efficiency, Workforce Management analysis, Schedule Optimization, Performance Management, P&L management, Sales Goal Setting, Compensation & incentive analysis, and Operational Excellence. The individual will be responsible for executing and monitoring business processes and policies across the sales channel to ensure financial efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Partner with Field leaders (District Manager, Market Director, VP) to develop critical solutions to drive operational efficiency - Interpret and implement operational practices/policies and propose improvements to overall business processes - Independently analyze KPI and employee behavior statistics, identify trends and address areas of opportunity for each market in their assigned region - Analyze Payroll statistics, identify Overtime trends, and collaborate with Field leaders in a timely mann...
