CCI Facility Contractors is expanding its workforce and is seeking a reliable and experienced Project Engineer to support project managers in coordinating and executing concrete and masonry restoration projects, handling scheduling, documentation, technical coordination, and on-site quality control. This role bridges the field and office, ensuring project efficiency, compliance with preservation standards, and smooth communication among all stakeholders. The Project Engineer supports Project Managers in the execution of federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, federal specifications, and applicable codes. This role assists with schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation; coordinates with government representatives, design teams, and subcontractors; and supports quality control and regulatory requirements. The Project Engineer conducts site visits to monitor progress and safety, tracks materials and deliveries, assists with preconstruction estimating, documents changes and field issues, and facilitates communication between the field and office to maintain efficient project delivery.
