Description Depatie is seeking a strong Director of Finance who wants to play a meaningful role in building financial discipline inside a growing distribution business. This role combines hands-on financial leadership, operational partnership, and strategic support as the company continues to scale through both organic growth and acquisitions. This is a role for someone who enjoys working inside the business—owning the numbers, improving financial processes, and partnering with leaders across operations, sales, and engineering to drive performance. The Director of Finance is responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions of the business while partnering closely with operations to improve performance across the company. This role will work directly with the President and executive leadership team to provide financial insight, strengthen forecasting and budgeting processes, and support disciplined growth.
