Join us!: You will: - Gain expertise in signal processing and radio access technologies - Learn the full algorithm development process - Assess link-level performance and measurements Your focus may include: - L1 algorithm design, simulation, and optimization - Writing L1 specifications and fix-point validation - Supporting implementation teams on algorithm issues - Defining L1 architecture for Baseband and massive MIMO, including hardware/software partitioning You have: - Expertise in LTE/5G physical layer (3GPP 36/38) - Strong background in signal processing & communication theory - 5+ years in algorithm design & simulation - Proficiency in Matlab & wireless system modeling - Problem-solving, networking, and fluent English - Master’s+ in telec...
