Job Description We are currently looking for a dedicated and dependable professional to join our team at one of our managed properties in Fort Lauderdale, FL as a Maintenance Housekeeper. Join Associa as a Maintenance Housekeeper and contribute to the upkeep and functionality of our managed properties. We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents. Maintenance Housekeepers are responsible for keeping buildings and grounds clean by picking up debris, sweeping, and mopping, as well as cleaning bathrooms and maintaining necessary supplies fully stocked. Maintenance housekeepers also complete several other functions, such as cleaning windows, vacuuming, dusting and emptying out trash. Compensation/Pay: This is an hourly position with pay in the area of $18.00 per hour. Schedule: We are currently looking to fill a full-time position, which also includes eligibility for full benefits and PTO.
