For more information on Hill, please visit our website at www.hillintl.com Material Selection & Engineering: - Develop material selection reports for linepipe, fittings, PLET/PLEM structures, CRA materials, and flanges. - Define corrosion allowances, pressure/temperature class requirements. - Ensure compliance with DNV-ST-F101, API 5L, ISO 13628, and API 17D standards. Corrosion Engineering & Protection Systems: - Define internal and external corrosion protection strategies. - Review CP design calculations, anode systems, and coating specifications. - Evaluate inhibitor/MEG/CI requirements and corrosion risk assessments. Welding Engineering & Fabrication Support: - Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications. - Support weld overlay, clad systems, and heat treatment requirements. - Review NDT requirements and weldability evaluations.
