B&I Contractors, Inc., a proud four-time winner of the Great Place to Work award, is seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Assistant Estimator to join our dynamic and expanding team. ROLE SUMMARY: Entry-level position supporting the Manufacturing and Preconstruction/Estimating teams by updating and maintaining commercial MEP project estimates to accurately reflect the project team’s prefabrication decisions for piping, plumbing, sheet metal, and electrical work. Training will be provided with the goal of developing the incumbent into an independent estimator/cost analyst for prefabrication scope and for manufacturing labor/cost tracking.
