About the Role: Quantifi is hiring an HR Manager / People Operations Manager to own and run day-to-day HR operations. Reporting to the COO, this role will partner with leadership across Engineering, Finance, Growth, and Operations to build and execute core HR processes. The focus is on establishing structure where it does not yet exist and ensuring consistent execution across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role, not a purely strategic position.
