See details below: About The Role: Expression is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to lead the development of winning proposals for Department of Defense (DoD) and broader Federal Government customers. This role is critical to supporting their growth strategy and will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex proposals, from capture integration through final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing competitive proposal responses across a range of contract types (CSOs, OTAs, IDIQs, GWACs, task orders, etc.). You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer to plan and coordinate all proposal activities across the organization. Expression has a Shipley modified, Agile BD Process that is fast paced in order to respond to multiple opportunities at any given time.
