RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist General Manager to ensure day-to-day business operations run efficiently and effectively. - Work with the General Manager and other Company leaders to develop site specific goals and objectives, and ensure alignment and effective execution within the site. - Effectively execute new programs, initiatives, and strategies to optimize network operations through prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration. - Gather pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information, and prepare periodic reports and presentations to business leaders. - Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, performance standards, and regulatory requirements, and take appropriate action to ensure compliance. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for proper planning, scheduling and asset manage...
