Job Summary The Market Leader provides strategic oversight of staffing and client portfolios through management of resources to drive revenue, delivery and growth goals within the designated market. The role operates with passion and integrity, driving innovation and collaboration across teams. This position will spearhead strategic market planning, identify emerging opportunities, lead high-impact pursuits using BC’s Plan to Win strategy, and support employee engagement and resource balancing to meet project delivery and growth objectives for the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads region within the municipal water, wastewater and Stormwater Engineering industry. Additionally, this role will play a key part in revenue growth, client development, and enterprise-wide alignment to meet business goals.
