As a member of the West Deptford Leadership Team, the Process Efficiency Manager will play a pivotal role in driving process engineering excellence, engineering design and continuous improvement in support of the site-wide goals. This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who is adept at analyzing processes, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The primary focus is to improve the overall engineering design and performance of the site’s manufacturing processes. The scope of the role covers process engineering, process control, operational IT and continuous improvement.
