Description If you want to be a part of a growing organization and make a difference in the community, come work for Shalom Austin! Compensation: We’ll pay you an annual salary of $53,000 to $56,000. About the Job: The Membership Operations Manager is a full-time, exempt role, responsible for supporting operational goals of the Membership Team and maintaining the efficacy of the Daxko database. You will assist members and guests with account management, including but not limited to, membership changes, past due balances, refunds, services and programming charges, and account statement inquiries. You will be the hub in the wheel of the member journey, supporting the Member Experience Team in understanding membership and providing data assistance to help other Shalom Austin Teams with their programs and initiatives.
