WTW is growing its Facultative Reinsurance capabilities in Europe and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic reinsurance industry, working alongside experienced brokers and contributing to the delivery of effective risk transfer solutions for our clients. As a Broker, you will support the broking team in placing facultative reinsurance, preparing client submissions, and building relationships with cedants and reinsurers. You'll have the chance to grow your expertise in reinsurance through real-world exposure, internal development programs, and collaboration with global WTW teams.
