Based in Estella, NSW, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres—providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope. - Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces. - Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows. - Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks. - Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support. - Act as first contact for on-site queries and escalate urgent issues. - Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock. - Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
