Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. - Assists, if needed, with written reports regarding security-related incidents involving guests, employees and/or the property. - Escorts and observes guests and employees to ensure their safety and protection. - Identifies potential safety hazards and reports same to the appropriate individual for proper resolution. - Knows hazardous materials used on property and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing same. - Serves as dispatcher during emergency situations, as needed, and coordinates solutions. - Informs outside agencies of any unusual or suspicious situations on property. - Operates company vehicles as directed. - Ensures safe transportation of company monies and gaming tokens. - Assists in the opening and closing of gaming tables. - Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained throughout the property.
