As a Director, Corporate Strategy reporting to VP, Head of Transformation Office, you'll play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that fundamentally transform how Nasdaq operates. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs that shape the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability and progress.
