We are currently looking for a Shift Controller to join our operations team in Gloucester. Shift Pattern Available: 4 on 4 off Nights 18:00-06:00 Salary: Competitive Starting Salary What You’ll Do: As a Shift Controller at our Gloucester facility, you will: Lead, support, and coordinate the shift team with professionalism. Ensure efficient and accurate inbound and outbound stock flow. Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain service and productivity standards. Monitor WMS, resolve anomalies, and ensure data accuracy. Monitor and manager employee holidays, absence, and basic performance management. Allocate workloads effectively and support resource planning. Communicate clearly with Operators, Planners, Engineers, and Client Liaison teams.
