Customer Service Coordinator - Job Number: 261383 - Full-time - Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Carlsbad to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Customer Service Coordinator will act as an advisor, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the customer. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account. - Develop a deep knowledge of the customer’s supply chain. - Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage. - Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team. - Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account. - Act as the team lead for problem resolution. - Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
