Job Summary: Drives strategic vision into site-level action, by overseeing daily learning operations, research workflows, and implementation across Practice-Based Researchers (PBRs) to ensure consistency between ma kai and ma uka. Collaborates closely with researchers, integrates findings into instructional practice, and advances the execution of external partnerships and aina-based initiatives. Aligns aina innovation with haumana outcomes, kumu practice, and the campus research agenda.
