Overview: Archadeck Outdoor Living, part of Empower Brands, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support and grow our franchise network. This role goes beyond traditional business consulting by placing a strong emphasis on driving revenue, improving sales performance, and optimizing the full sales lifecycle across the system . As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will serve as a coach, mentor, and strategic partner to franchisees, helping them grow their businesses through a combination of operational excellence, financial performance, and disciplined sales execution . You will work directly with franchise owners and their teams to improve lead conversion, sales pipeline management, and overall revenue growth . This role is structured with approximately 30% of time supporting new franchisees as they ramp up and exceed early performance expectations, and 70% focused on driving same-store sales growth and performance optimization across existing offices .
