Risk & Compliance Manager 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Australian Military Bank is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen the Bank’s end-to-end Risk and Compliance function during a key period of regulatory and framework uplift. This is a highly visible role with exposure to Executive and Board-level reporting, offering the opportunity to balance steady BAU oversight with meaningful regulatory and framework initiatives. The Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Manager Risk & Compliance, you will take ownership of the ongoing enhancement and delivery of the Bank’s Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks. You will ensure risk and compliance practices are applied consistently across the organisation, provide regulatory advice to leadership, and oversee the quality and timeliness of risk reporting.
