POSITION TITLE: Restaurant Manager REPORTS TO: General Manager: POSITION STATUS: Exempt: POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 50 – 55 hrs per week / Nights, Weekends, & Holidays (Required) POSITION SUMMARY: This position with General Manager’s guidance is responsible to support all elements of day-to-day operations; including increasing sales, meeting profit objectives, execution of the new program, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
