We design for every woman, every occasion, every body. The pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and kept. ROLE OVERVIEW: RIXO is seeking a detail-oriented Stock AP Assistant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of purchase stock invoices, maintaining supplier records, and supporting the overall Accounts Payable function. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our business. KEY RESPONSBILITIES: Check and match stock invoices against purchase orders, raising queries for discrepancies in a timely manner. Reconcile stock supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Manage the relationship between Rixo and our Stock Suppliers, alongside our Product Development Lead.
