Description: The Acting Part-Time Assistant Store Manager (Acting PT ASM) is a dynamic retail leader responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. This role requires a highly energetic individual with a strong aptitude for sales, customer service, and team leadership. The Acting PT ASM is expected to drive sales through effective selling techniques, promotional effectiveness, and product knowledge, while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. They should have a proven ability to manage retail operations, including merchandising, scheduling, and cash handling, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
