We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Brentwood to assist with the appointment of a IT Support Officer , on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £15.49 - £19.63 per hour Summary: The IT Support Officer will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking IT team, providing first-line technical support and delivering high-quality service desk support. The role involves working closely with Technical Analysts to support Digital, Data, and Technology services while ensuring excellent customer service with strong technical knowledge.
