Overview: Team Leader, Accounts Receivable ​ Full-time ​ , ​ C ontinuing position ​ Salary HEW Level 8 ($116,551 - $131,257) + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the ​ Melbourne CBD ​ campus, ​ and hybrid ways of working ​ About You: As the Team Lead, Accounts Receivable, you will lead a key finance function that supports the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high-quality financial services across the University. Working closely with the Finance Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring strong service standards, sound financial controls, and a customer-focused approach. In this role, you will manage credit activities, transaction processing, reconciliations, and system-related workflows, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with University policies. You will also act as a key escalation point for complex operational matters and system-related issues. You will play an important role in driving process improvements, enhancing the use of systems such as Workday, and supporting data-informed decision-making.
