VP/Director, Incentive Analytics OneMain is seeking a VP/Director of Incentive Analytics to lead the analytics, modeling, and execution of the Variable Incentive Plan (VIP) across the branch network and centralized operations. This role strengthens the organization’s ability to deliver accurate, transparent, and reliable incentive programs by improving data quality, reporting clarity, and analytical rigor. The leader in this role will guide monthly target‑setting, scenario modeling, performance insights, and cross‑functional collaboration with VIP staff, Finance, Risk, Analytics, HR, and Field Operations. This position is critical in ensuring VIP remains aligned with operational priorities and supports field engagement while advancing the tools and methods used to manage incentive programs.
