Partner with Product Management, Development, and Strategy teams to provide timely athenaOne-based analytics, release metrics, and impact assessments that inform prioritization and planning. Work mode: Boston, MA — Hybrid. This role reports to the Product Analytics, Senior Manager. About the Team: The Product Analytics team translates customer context and product goals into measurable insights that drive product improvements and client value. The team partners closely with product managers, engineering, UX/research, and operations, using tools and systems such as SQL-based data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and visualization platforms to deliver repeatable, trusted metrics and dashboards. Team priorities include building reliable data assets, improving product performance visibility, and supporting data-informed road-mapping.
