Position Summary: As a Prep Cook at Mesero, you will be responsible for maintaining fresh ingredients, preparing authentic recipes and sauces while maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen. Working with the chef and line cooks to help create the flavorful dishes our guests know and love. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, enjoy working in, and a team environment and looking to learn and grow in the culinary field.
