Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities at the project level. The Site Quality Manager will report to the Regional Quality Manager and serve as the on-site leader for implementing the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), manage the quality inspection teams, and act as the primary quality liaison with on-site client representatives, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical infrastructure, civil engineering, and structural construction, committed to driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
