Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. Preferred qualifications: - PMP or similar program management certification. - Experience managing advanced, large-scale Silicon, or custom ML accelerator (inference or training) programs. - Experience or familiarity with machine learning research or model optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, distillation). - Experience working in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment. - Familiarity with modern electronic design automation (EDA) toolchains, chip design workflows, or compiler toolchains.
