In this role, you will be the face of Kinetic for our business clients, ensuring they have the most reliable fiber, voice, and cloud solutions to power their operations. You will focus on nurturing long-term partnerships, driving revenue through strategic upsells, and securing key account renewals. What You’ll Do: - Strategic Portfolio Management: Act as the dedicated consultant for a book of B2B accounts, ensuring Kinetic’s suite of services meets their unique operational demands. - Expansion & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upgrade client infrastructure, moving businesses to high-speed fiber, implementing advanced SD-WAN solutions, or expanding hosted voice services. - Retention & Renewals: Proactively manage the contract renewal lifecycle, utilizing a deep understanding of the tele...
