Medical Affairs Lead Women's Health The Medical Affairs Lead (MAL) is a senior Medical Affairs role that reports directly to the Country Medical Director. This role serves as the Team Lead for the Medical Scientific Advisors (MSAs) and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) team for Women's Health (WH) and works as a Partner to the Squad Lead in providing strategic input to the product squad. The MAL is accountable for developing and executing the Medical Affairs Strategy for the WH.
